Here Is Got The solution.
It's Just A Simple Collar That You Place On Your slave's Neck, Make Sure The Little Box On The Collar Is Positioned Over Your slave's Vocal Cords Wich Will Make Them Useless, No Sound Whatsoever Comes Out Of Their Mouth Anymore, Instead, The Voice Control Takes Over And Kinda Modifies The slave's Attempts To Talk, Whine And So On.
This Is As Far As The sales Talk Goes ;) Let's Explein The Functionalities.
When The Collar First Is Worn, The Only One Who Can Do Anything Sensible In The Menu's Is The sub Themselves. Most Sane thing for Them To Do Is To Directly Add an Owner.
Once That Is Done, There Are Four Simple Buttons For Both The sub And The Owner, Once The Device Is Locked, Only The Owner Has Access To It.

Kinda Speaks For Itself To, But Here You Can Numb Your subs Vocal Cords In Light, Medium, Tight Or Full Silent Levels. Each Level Ofcourse Makes It Way Harder To Understand What They Try To Say.
Control The Emotes

Maybe This Needs A Little More Explaining.
There Are 5 Preset Levels Of Type The Modifier can Be Set To (Pony, Puppy, Kitty, Doll, User)
These Presets Have Some Standard Allowed Emotes In Them
Examples:
For A Pony:
Whinnys, Whinnys happily Snorts, Stomps Once, Stomps,.....For A Puppy
Woofs, Woofs Happily,Barks,....Each Set Has Predefined Emotes Except User, These Have To Be Set By Either The sub Or The Owner.
In Every Set The owner Can Add Or Remove some Emotes As They See Fit.
Once A Preset Is Chosen You Need To Activate This.
The Meaning Of This Is, Is Simple To Disencourage Cheating Through emotes.
The sub Can Emote The Allowed Emotes As Much As They Want Without Any Restriction.
Now The Fun Part.
Once The sub Does Try To Emote Something else That Is Not On The List, They Can As Long As It Is No Longer Then 20 Characters.
If They Wish To Do This, They can With A 30 Seconds Pause In Between, When They Do Use More Non-Standard Emotes, The Time In Between Increases with 30 Seconds Each Time (1st time=30seconds, 2nd time=60 seconds, 3th time=90seconds,...) When They Use A Standard Emote In Between The Timer Gets Reset To 30 seconds Every Time.
That Was The Fun Part, Now Comes The Mean Part.
When They Do Use Emotes Longer Then 20 Characters, It Simply Comes Out Like They Are Going Nuts, And These Punishment Times Are NOT To Be Taken Lightly, Although The First Time Is Also 30 Seconds, The 2nd Time It Will Be 60 Seconds, The 3th Time It Will Be At 180 seconds, the 4th Time At 720, the 5th Time At 3600 seconds And So On, I Think You Get The Picture How Screwed You Could Be.
Control What Your slave Hears.

Tired Of Having Your slave Distracted By All Those Surrounding Noises? You Really Need Your slave's Attention? Just Activate The Earplug Sensors And They Will Instantly Pay Attention To You Alone.
Just As The Emote's Have Some Predefined Lists, So Does This Setting. These Lists Are Also Type Dependant And Will Allow The slave To Hear The Full Commands Specified In These Lists, Naturally These Are Also Fully Configurable By The Owner.
There Is Also A User Defined List, If Your slave Needs To Hear Other Words, You Can Put Them In This List. But Remember We Do NOT Want The slave To Have An Easy Life Do We, All The Words In This List Will Come Out Randomly To The slave And Other Words Will NOT Be Shown In Any Way, Not Even By Special Characters.
Example 1:
The Type Is Set To Pony, There Is A Known command In The List ("Cracks The Whip Once") , The Owner Cracks The Whip Once, The slave Hears "Cracks The Whip Once". Simple, right.Example 2:
The Type Is Set To Pony, You Added A Few Words To The User Defined List Being (pony, sub, sold, whip, dead). You Are Talking To A Friend: "How Did Your Pony Do At The Jumping, I Am Sure She Is Dead Tired Now." , The slave Hears: "dead pony" or "pony dead".
The Only Way Your slave Will Be Able To Communicate Is In IM To Their Owner. Untill You Activate The Training mode.
Training Mode
When You Want To Really Start Training Your slave, Just Activate This Setting AFTER You Set The Wanted Type Of Training, When Activating The Training, The Gag will Automatically Be Set To Light If No Other Level Has Been Chosen Before, And The Emotes Will Automatically Be Monitored.
Resize.
The Collar Can Be Resized So It Fits Every Neck.
Colorable.
The Collar Can Be colored As Desired Through The Menu.
Animations
There Are 2 People Who Can Activate An Animation In The collar Being The slave And Their Owner (If Owned).
The Command For The Animation Needs To Be Given On channel 747 (ex. /747 kneel)
To Find Out What Animations You Can Use Type "/747 list".
To End Any Animation Active By The Collar Type /747 "release".
